1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LuminOrbit's lead generation and online advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

LuminOrbit provides lead generation and online advertising services designed to help businesses connect with qualified prospects. Our services include:

• Lead identification and qualification
• Targeted online advertising campaigns
• Social media integration and outreach
• Performance analytics and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with rates varying by advertising channel:

• Basic Channel: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Channel: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Meets your specified demographic and geographic criteria
• Has demonstrated genuine interest in your product or service
• Has provided verified contact information
• Has consented to be contacted for commercial purposes

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target audience and business
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing efforts
• Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed through our services. We comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain appropriate security measures to protect personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to LuminOrbit services remain our exclusive property. Clients retain ownership of their own business information and marketing materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

LuminOrbit's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service access.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
